Boilers and heating products manufactured in our factory are guaranteed for 2 Years . The guarantee conditions for our boiler products are clearly stated below. The “Ekotek” boiler warranty terms are officially stated in the “Warranty Certificate”.

1. All parts on the heateting systems are under warranty of our company.
2. The warranty period is 2 years, starting from the date of sale.
3. During the warranty period, “time for maintenance and repair” is added to the warranty period.
4. If the boiler is faulty due to material and manufacturing faults, it shall be repaired by our authorized service or our company.
5. Our company have the right to select and use required parts for the repair of the reported fault.
6. We are committed to fulfill our warranty obligations with respect to the Communiqué No. 90 / 41-42 published in the Official Gazette dated 17.03.1990 and numbered 20664.
7. Consumers have the right to notify the company of any disputes between the service personnel.
8. For the products that have expired, our company will continue to provide paid service to the consumer at all times.
9. The fault can be remedied at the location of the boiler.
10. If repair and service must be done at the factory, the cost of cargo is covered by the customer.
